I'm not aware that we need to optimize our sites differently for Bing- and as it offers real time search results, it should offer up the most updated and recently added sites in the top of SERPs- or am I wrong? Its better to have your site well optimized for Google as many people still do use Google- Bing results will be good too if it is at the top in Google.
